地平線是一個由互動程式所構築成的音像表演藝術作品。這個程式可以讓使用者自由輸入關鍵字，他會連上Google的搜尋引擎，將搜尋到的圖片及時的串成影片，並且會根據所輸入的關鍵字做自動的校正，讓物件集中在畫面的中間。 Google上的圖片都是人們所上傳的，當我們輸入關鍵字時所搜尋到的結果，代表著世界上的所有人對於這個詞彙的想像與共同的經驗。所以這個表演是一個共同經驗的集合，但將這些圖片並置在一起又產生了一種陌生感。 這件作品討論了人工智能、集體意識、身體感之間的關係。 Horizon is an audio-visual performance which is based on an interactive program. This program allows users to enter keywords and it can use the result of images from Google's engine into a video in real-time. According to the keyword, the program will automatically adjust the position of images, positioning all of them in the center of the screen. The images searched are the experiences and imagination of people from all walks of life that were uploaded into Google. The results of keywords are the common experience and imagination of all people in the world. This performance is a collection of common experience from people. But the video also presents a kind of strange sense. This artwork discusses artificial intelligence, collective consciousness, and body perception. |
